Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, our team will await you at the terminal. An English-speaking driver will collect you in a private vehicle, initiating the exploration of the entirety of Morocco without delay. Our initial stop will be in Casablanca, the country’s largest city. Specifically, we will visit the Hassan II Mosque, which stands as the tallest mosque not only in Morocco but also in the entirety of the Islamic world, boasting a minaret that towers around 200 meters high. However, it is not simply a matter of interest as it happens to be one of the few mosques that is open for public visits in the country. Therefore, we will make use of this opportunity to explore and acquaint ourselves with this Muslim holy site constructed from top-notch materials like various marbles and granites. 12 days tour to Morocco: “Morocco in full” Subsequently, we will proceed to our next destination, Rabat, after admiring this contemporary architectural gem situated on an artificial peninsula along the Casablanca coastline. Rabat has been the capital city of Morocco since 1912 and is recognized as one of the Imperial Cities. This designation provides insight into the grandeur of some of its structures, including the Hassan Tower built in the late 12th century. During that same period, construction commenced on the Kasbah of the Oudayas, a fortified wall complex from where one can appreciate stunning panoramic vistas of the city, its coastline and nearby Salé.
You can explore all of this and more at your leisure. Later, retire in comfort at a centrally located riad in this city, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enjoy free time to wander the medina and its souk, or venture outside to other intriguing locales like the Mohamed VI Museum of Contemporary Art.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 2: 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗼𝘂𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁

After breakfast at the riad in Rabat, we will depart early morning and head northward. Our objective is to arrive in Choeun with ample time for exploring this alluring little town. The journey will take around 4 hours by road, with the final part winding gently through the Rif Mountains. Sandwiched between two of them sits Chaouen (also known as Chefchaouen or El Aaiún). Its medina is characterized by narrow, steep and sinuous streets, which exude a unique charm thanks to the distinctive light blue color that embellishes the walls. The town boasts an intriguing kasbah that now serves as an ethnographic museum, and opportune vantage points to appreciate the verdant surroundings and the town’s hamlet. It remains a place where ancient customs and lifestyles endure, coupled with exceptional artisanal skill in textile production. Upon returning from exploring the medina, your riad will be conveniently situated in the town’s historic center.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 3: 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗼𝘂𝗲𝗻 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘀 – 𝗠𝗲𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘀- 𝗙𝗲𝘇

On the third day of this itinerary, following breakfast at the riad, we shall depart from the Rif Mountains and proceed southwards to explore two places that are intriguingly distinct from one another. These destinations will provide us with an opportunity to comprehend the entirety of Morocco’s diversity and splendor. Our initial stop transports us to the Roman Empire, to be precise, one of its most significant cities in North Africa, located in the province Mauritania discussing Tingitana. We Volubilis, an archaeological site of immense worth as it conserves colonnades, mosaics, and monumental arches, among other elements that provide insight into its historical significance. Due to this, it is classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. We will subsequently proceed to Meknes, another UNESCO- recognized site. It is also regarded as one of Morocco’s Imperial Cities as it was designated the capital in the late 17th century by Sultan Moulay Ismail. During the complimentary tour of the historic medina, you can appreciate its mausoleum, fortifications, and impressive gates, such as Bab Mansour. Finally, at the end of the day, we will reach Fez, providing an opportunity for an unguided stroll. Here, you can have your first encounter with this historically rich city and peruse its craft shops, which are renowned for their quality within and beyond the country’s borders. After a fruitful day, unwind in a riad located in the medina and wake up refreshed for the next day’s guided tour.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 4: 𝗙𝗲𝘇 – 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁

To fully understand all the intricacies and wonders of Fez, it is imperative to have the guidance and support of an accredited local guide. That is exactly what we offer on the fourth day of our tour. Following breakfast at the riad, you will meet our guide for an English- language tour of the city’s grand medina, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site Our guide will tailor the tour based on your preferences and abilities, ensuring that your time is optimized to your satisfaction. Thus, several notable sights to explore are the renowned madrasas in the city, including Bou Inania and Attarine. Also worth visiting is the Karaouine Mosque, which is home to one of the world’s oldest universities. The Nejjarine Square is another attraction, featuring an ornate eighteenth-century bearing the same fountain name. Additionally, a must-see spot in Fez is its tanners’ quarter, where leather production perseveres just as it did in past centuries. It may prove to be challenging to explore all the highlights of Fez in a single morning. So, an afternoon filled with visits to what’s missed could be an excellent alternative. The Golden Gates of the Royal Palace or the Jewish quarter (Mellah) can be intriguing options to consider. One can also plan an indoor excursion to museums like Dar Bahta, Borj Nord, and Nejjarine, among others. After a busy day, one can unwind at night in the same riad in the city center.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 5: 𝗙𝗲𝘇 𝗘𝗿𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗜𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝘇𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗮

The fifth day of this itinerary 12 days tour to Morocco: “Morocco in full” is lengthy, but nevertheless, it presents an alluring opportunity for those seeking to explore the ins and outs of Morocco completely. Commencing soon after breakfast at the riad in Fez, we will depart following the road. The initial destination will be the charming Ifrane, a town of distinction not only on this itinerary but also across the country. Situated at an altitude higher than 1,700 meters, the town’s environment boasts luxuriant greenery as a result of the considerable snowfall it receives during wintertime. Moreover, its roofs are elegantly sloping, giving the town an even more picturesque air. It is no wonder why it is referred to as “the Moroccan Switzerland”. In this mountainous setting, we will explore the Ifrane National Park, also known as the Monkey Forest. The park is named after the sizeable community of Barbary macaques that inhabit this protected natural area, the largest in all of Morocco. The park’s lush, verdant forest, tinted with the red hue of its cedars, is another one of its key attractions. These trees serve as an ideal environment for the survival of these primates, which are the only species to live in freedom north of the Sahara.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 6: 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗱𝘀 – 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽

On the sixth day, immerse yourself in the authentic beauty of the Merzouga desert. Begin with the mesmerizing sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes, a magical spectacle found nowhere else in the world. Witness a captivating performance showcasing their percussion rhythms and mystical dances. Continue the adventure in 4x4s along one of the region’s most spectacular tracks, a route familiar to the legendary Paris-Dakar rally. Encounter coal mines abandoned French and Berber villages, and reach elevated points offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Erg Chebbi dunes. The day unfolds with echoes of music and the thrill of desert exploration In order to get to know the inhabitants of this part of Morocco in depth, we will also have the opportunity to visit a settlement of semi-nomadic people who continue to use the land and maintain the traditions of the past. They will tell us about their experiences of life in the desert and will welcome us with hospitality during our meeting. Afterwards, we will go to the hotel where you will have dinner and spend the night, located in another suggestive corner of the Merzouga desert.

𝗗𝗮𝘆 9: 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗼𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁

After breakfast in your riad, you will have a free day in Essaouira. Essaouira is one of the few towns to have this honor on this route, which covers the whole of Morocco, and it has more than enough reasons for it. In fact, its historic center has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and it is here that you will find the main monumental attractions of this coastal town, which used to be a Portuguese colony under the name of Mogador. This is easy to understand in places such as the imposing fortress of La Scala and the gates of the old wall. It is a setting that recalls the strategic importance of this enclave, where many scenes from the Game of Thrones series were filmed. Its fishing port retains its charm, as do other places and corners of the medina, such as the clock tower. You can also devote part of the day to activities, for the city has the space and the professionals. Many of these take place on the coast. Essaouira is a good place for kitesurfing and windsurfing, for example, as it is a windy coastline. Another option is to ride a horse or camel along the sandy beach, an experience that is always magical thanks to the nobility of these animals and the beauty of the landscape that surrounds them. And if what you want is simply a refreshing swim in the summer season, this will be the best opportunity you will have in this circuit.

Mera Peak, Nepal – Kosher and Shomer Shabbos

Mera Peak has become one of the most popular trekking peaks to climb in Nepal. It involves trekking in the most remote valleys in Khumbu and Hinku valley, pristine nature, densely forested hills, grazing fields, frozen lakes and waterfalls, and diversified flora and fauna of this region.

You will be trekking through the amazing small Sherpa Villages and will have a lifetime experience of the Sherpa hospitality, their richest culture, and tradition.

Climbing Mera peak itself is not very technical and doesn’t consist of a steep technical climb, but the high altitude at the summit makes this a challenging climb.
Unlike other trekking peaks in Nepal, the climb to the Mera peak is straightforward. The majority of the climb involves walking in a glacier at a relatively fair degree of steepness with the use of crampons and an ice axe. The final section of the climb involves an ascent of a snow dome with the use of an ascender/jumar on a fixed rope.

Previous experiences of trekking at high altitudes are beneficial and recommended before signing up for the Mera peak climb. Anyone who has done the Everest base camp trek or the Kilimanjaro trek can find themselves fit for the climb.

Mt Elbrus, Russia – Kosher and Shomer Shabbos

Mount Elbrus stands in the western Caucasus mountain range, near the Georgian border in Kabardino-Balkaria and Karachay–Cherkessia, Russia. With an elevation of 5,642 meters, it is one of the worlds’ Seven Summits and the highest in continental Europe.

Elbrus has a unique cable car system, which was built on the south side of the mountain from 1959 to 1976. The cable car reaches 3,658 m. From there, we take the Standard Route up the south side to the summit.

The Standard Route is challenging due to the snow, high winds and high elevation. While it can be a dangerous climb, it is considered among the easiest of the Seven Summits.

In order to acclimatise, our trip starts in the Syltran-Su valley on Mount Mukal, which offers views across the beautiful valleys to Elbrus. Although it would be ideal for climbers to have experience of winter hillwalking using mountaineering boots, crampons, a harness and an ice axe, our acclimatisation trek before reaching Elbrus gives ample time for training and preparation.

You need to be fit to climb Elbrus. The trekking is demanding, particularly on summit day when climbers can expect a 12- to 15-hour round trip. Training should include climbing conditioning, cardiovascular training and strength building. This should begin at least eight weeks before your climb.

Lobuche East Peak , Nepal – Kosher and Shomer Shabbos

Lobuche East Peak is a perfect adventure in the Himalayas, offering stunning unique views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, with stunning views of enormous peaks, such as Nuptse, Cho Oyu, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Makalu, and Mount Everest. Enjoy the feeling of being dwarfed by a multitude of surrounding peaks.

Lobuche East Peak is known as the toughest trekking peak to climb in the Everest region.

The mighty Lobuche East stands tall with 6,119m height in the scenic Khumbu region.

This peak offers more challenges than its neighbours, Mera Peak and Island Peak, and has a more technical feel to it. It is a better choice for those who have had some mountaineering experience in the past.

The itinerary combines Lobuche East Peak Climbing with Everest Base Camp Trek. You will also be climbing to Kalapathar for better acclimatisation and for a closeup view of Everest, the highest mountain in the world.

Annapurna Base Camp Hike, Nepal – Kosher and Shomer Shabbos

The Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the best treks to discover the mountain range, with the foremost spectacular mountain scenery, providing a desirable insight into the hill life of Nepal.

This is a unique trek on local trails, through forests, villages and terraced farmland treating you to unique mountain scenery, surrounded by huge glaciers providing you with an experience into the Nepalese life and culture.

Annapurna Base Camp follows the Modi-river and passes through the dense undergrowth of rhododendron and bamboo. By the time you reach the massive rock overhanging, called Hinku Cave, you will notice that the vegetation has receded and the gorge narrowed to be only a couple of hundred meters wide.

Steep snow-covered ridges falling from Hiunchuli on the left and Machhapuchhre on the right from the doorway to the Sanctuary. As we go through the “gate” and enter to the Sanctuary, you will discover yourself in a very large amphitheatre encircled by a solid wall of natural covering peaks.

On the trail, you will see numerous chortens (Buddhist stone monuments), prayer flags, yaks grazing, bamboo and rhododendron forests, and the unique Tibetan style architecture of this region.

One of the main features of this trek is being exposed to the unique cultures of various villages and their enduring lifestyles high in the mountains, such as the Gurung, Tamang, Sherpa, Magar, and Thakali people. Many of these villages have age-old Buddhist and Hindu temples.

Mt Longonot to Mt Suswa Hike, Kenya – Kosher and Shomer Shabbos

We start our hike at Mt Longonot, walking along a beautiful and windy gorge. The gorge is a tributary to an ancient lake that once existed. We will explore the curving walls of the gorge and experience the aptly-named sections – the devil’s sitting room, Hell’s clinic, and the devil’s mouth. There are several small waterfalls, both cold and hot, as well as stunning, multi-coloured rock strata and formations. You might even recognise some of the locations – they’ve been included in productions such as Tomb Raider: Cradle of Life, and inspired others such as The Lion King.

We will pass though Hell’s Gate, one of only two Kenyan national parks in which you are explore the park on foot. Apart from the spectacular geology, Hell’s Gate is also home to a wide range of wildlife. Despite its relatively small size, the area’s wildlife includes giraffes, lions, leopards, buffalo, thomson gazelles, and eland antelopes.

Soon we head towards the Mt Suswa mountain. In the evening we will visit the caves for Baboon Parliament, one of the wonders of the natural world.

After our Mt Suswa expirience we reward ourselves with a visit to Olkaria Geothermal Spa. A well earned morning at the spa, then after enjoying lunch we head to Nairobi

Mt Meru, Tanzania – Kosher and Shomer Shabbos

At 4,566 m Mt Meru is the fifth highest mountain on the African continent and the second highest in Tanzania.

The mountain is often used as warm-up hiking in preparation for Mt Kilimanjaro. However, the technical requirements are greater on Mt Meru than on the Kilimanjaro Routes.

About 250,000 years ago, a massive volcanic eruption blew away the entire eastern flank of the mountain and left it with the distinctive appearance it has today. The Mt Meru ascent passes through many different vegetation zones. The dry forest of the lower region changes to a dense mountain rainforest, which then turns into scrubland. Closer to the summit, vegetation becomes less and less and gives way to alpine terrain.

As the vegetation changes so does the wildlife. During the ascent, you might come across large game such as giraffes, buffaloes, baboons, colobus monkeys and antelopes. To be safe, it is obligatory to be accompanied by an armed park ranger on your tour.
