Nopi is a Soho-based restaurant with a menu full of bold flavors and platters full of salads. It is owned by an Israeli-born chef who believes that the menu should change with the seasons. However, a few signature dishes, like the courgette and manouri fritters, coriander seed-crusted burrata with slices of blood orange, and Valdeón cheesecake, are always available. Nopi has a great wine list with classic options and organic wines, as well as rustic varieties from the Mediterranean.
